Encryption Technology
To make all of your information unreadable to a third party, we have implemented numerous security measures, including
SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption technology. You can verify that your transmissions are encrypted by looking
in the lower left corner of Netscape 3.0 (gold key should be connected and background highlighted) or Netscape
4.0 / Internet Explorer (padlock should be in locked position, not open position).

At E&A, we respect your right to confidentiality, and are committed to protecting your privacy. The information
we gather on our Web site is used to process your order efficiently and effectively, and to determine the products
and services that will be of most value to you. Please read on for more details about our privacy policy.
Your Personal Information
For security reasons, no personal information is stored on E&A Web servers. All personal information is stored
on a separate and secure database server that is protected by state-of-the-art Firewall technology. When making
a purchase, we ask you to provide information by filling out and submitting an on-line form which may include personal
information. For purchases, this may include your credit card information, which is strictly limited in use to
processing your order. While providing this information online is secure (see Encryption Technology, above), doing
so is voluntary, and you may choose to order by telephone (540-720-9660) or fax (540-720-9664) if you are still
uncomfortable.
We may use the information you provide to occasionally inform you of discounts, new products, events, the latest
trends and product innovations, via an occasional E-mail. If you would prefer not to receive this information,
please opt-out of our E-mail service when registering. If you have already registered with us, you may simply reply
to any E&A E-mail sent to you and place the word "unsubscribe" along with the code found on the bottom
of the email, in the subject area. It is important to include this code, as it helps us to identify you. In all
cases, we protect all your personal information against unauthorized access or release. We will never give, sell,
rent, or loan any identifiable personal information to any third party, unless legally required to do so.

At E&A we are aware that many children may want to visit us on the internet. Although we welcome browsing,
we encourage children to receive permission from their parents before submitting any personal information over
the internet. E&A believes parents should be responsible for supervising the online activities of their children
and taking into account various tools that allow them to provide their children with a controlled, child-friendly
internet. These tools are designed to preclude children from releasing personal information online without the
permission of their parents.
