EMC and Signal Integrity Training:
EMC and Signal Integrity Training Course with Hands-on Exercises (Online, Onsite, and Classroom Live)
EMC and Signal Integrity Training: Design for EMC/SI (Electromagnetic Compatibility & Signal Integrity) is our flagship EMC design class. It addresses the control of EMI (Electromagnetic Interference) at the box level through proven design techniques. This three-day course provides a comprehensive treatment of EMC/SI “inside the box.” This includes digital and analog circuits, printed circuit board design, power electronics, I/O treatments, mechanical shielding, and more.
Please note – this class does NOT address “outside the box” issues such as cable design, power wiring, and other systems-level concerns. Day 3 discusses EMI Troubleshooting Guidelines with case studies. Each student will receive a copy of the EDN Magazine Designer’s Guide to EMC by Daryl Gerke and William Kimmel, along with a complete set of lecture notes.
